We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders which appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

19. Appearance of the Soap

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches and cut by hand and therefore no two bars will be alike. Various uncontrolled factors affect how saponification takes place and hence soaps vary from batch to batch as do designs. You might also find certain imperfections like small pockets of air or a whitish powder on the top of the soap called Soda Ash. The shape of the product may not be perfect and the edges may turn out to be rough with some imperfections and blemishes. Our products are hand-crafted without use of any automated machinery. All these are superficial, and will in no way affect the quality of the bar of soap you are using. These are artisanal products so please allow for slight variations and imperfections, these make each bar unique. Soaps may also appear different from the photographs taken. We try our best to photograph all the physical qualities of the soap, however, there might be some minor differences in the product you receive in comparison to the photograph.
While we are committed to provide the best to our customers and we pay a lot of attention to details, sometimes even we are susceptible of making mistakes. So if there are any concerns please feel free to contact and we do our best to provide you with best possible options
We at Rare Rituals are not medical professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have any positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. All the benefits mentioned with each products are truly based on the natural goodness of the ingredients used to create it, and with our own experience and feedbacks.

20. WARRANTY / LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant - Results that may be obtained from the use of the product will be accurate and up to your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in Kolkata, India, as applicable, without prejudice to the applicable law and all applicable provisions of this Section, and subject to our right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate
You agree that these are Handmade natural soaps in small batches and each soap may or will differ in design, fragrance, weight or colour
