Shipping & rates

All products are shipped directly from our production house in Kolkata. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with quicker deliveries. Currently we ship orders within the international boundry of India only.

The proof of delivery should be signed when you receive the order. If you are not available to collect the order, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc
Rare Rituals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person
Coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes or discount codes are applicable only on the products. The discount is not applicable on shipping charges, combos, or any ongoing offers.
Enjoy FREE shipping for orders above certain limit as mentioned in rarerituals.in /- (Applicable only to Prepaid Orders). We consistently dispatch orders within 02 business days from the receipt of the order unless specified by us. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Once shipped, kindly allow approx. 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed in our website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge will be applied at checkout, usually it is within a range of INR Rs. 80 – 120 depending on location for shipping. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

We are constantly doing our best for shipping out your orders at the earliest. At present Rare Rituals is a very small business, run by a very small team. It may take a little time to process orders and get everything shipped.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging / size / volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
